• Hi,

I have a problem when an order for goods appears in the system, the quantity of which is, for example, 5.5 or 8.5. No matter whether I enter the order by guarantee or it is placed by the store, it is not possible to edit it in WooCommerce -> Orders on the page of an individual order.

The order seems to be suspended/blocked. The update button doesn’t work. This only applies to orders with decimal values, e.g. 2.5 or 10.5 etc.

When I try to press update, an exclamation mark appears next to the product quantity to enter a value of 0 or 1.

Is there any way to solve this?

  • Hey there, @cometto! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you mind clarifying the issue for us?

The decimal issue is with the price? Or weight? or something else?

I checked your website and I believe you are using plugins to modify the products correct?
Do you have any simple product, added via the default WooCommerce interface, that has not been modified by any other plugin? If you don’t, can you add a test one like this so you can check if the issue happens with them too?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
