Problem with deleting test donations

    At “GiveWP > Tools > Data > Detele Test Donors and Donations” > it deleted ALL donations, not only test donations.
    Also, it seems that it didn’t deleted the test donors…
    Don’t know if it is a bug or some kind of plugin conflict. Thank you.

  • If you go to GiveWP > Settings > Advanced > Advanced Options > Remove Data on Uninstall, select Yes, Remove all data, then when you delete GiveWP, you will have an option called Would you like to delete all GiveWP data? that you can click which will delete all data including test donations and test donors (see this screen video and the Advanced Settings doc). Did you do everything that was done in the screen video and shown in the Remove Data On Uninstall section of the Advanced Settings doc?

    No, I just went to Tools > Data > Detele Test Donors and Donations. Thank you

    Were any of the Test Donors and Donations imported? If they were, can you go to Tools > Data > Delete Imported Donors and Payments and run that tool (referenced in this doc)? This tool allows you to bulk delete all of those imported donations and there is a checkbox that allows to also “Delete imported WordPress users”. Does that allow only the Test Donors and Donations to be deleted?

    I don’t have imported Donors or Donations. They were created during my tests. I better tried to delete them manually, because using that tool caused all my data to be deleted. I only had 3 donations, so it was easy to add them back using your extension to manually add donations.
