Problem with dependent fields

PDF plugin has problems with problem with dependent fields.
For example, there are 2 groups of checkboxes. The first group is always visible, and the second is hidden and will be shown if the user selects the desired checkbox from the first group. If the condition is met and the second group of checkboxes is displayed, the user has selected some option from the second group of checkboxes, then at the output we will receive the correct PDF document. But if the condition for showing the second group is not met, and we do not show the second group of checkboxes, then the first value from the second group of checkboxes gets into the PDF document. But in this case, there should be no value from the second group of checkboxes.
