Problem with different Case on same email address

Hi! I’m experiencing the same issue described in this thread:

When I enter the confirmation of the email address, the “confirm email address” field doesn’t appear to be an “email address” field. As a result, the first letter of the confirmation email address is capitalized and that causes the confirmation email address to not match the main email address that was entered.
Is this something that will be fixed in a future version of Contact Form 7?
Here is a snipet of a Contact 7 form that demonstrates the issue:
