    Hello,
    We have woocommerce composite products installed on our website. We also have some automated generated coupons. We are looking for a way to exclude the composite products from the discounts since they are already “discounted”. For example, we offer -20% if customers buy through the composite page a top + bottom. Sometimes, they will add socks or whatever and they have a discount code. What we want, is that the discount code only applies to the socks (or whatever) and not the whole cart. Right now, what we have is: a discount can’t be applied to the cart if a discount product is already in it but that’s not good for the customers. Could you help me please?

    Please login to WooCommerce.com with the account you’ve used to purchase
    Composite Products, select?Composite Products?from the dropdown so that the query ends up in the right queue.

    If you’re using a third party extension to get this done, please get in touch with their plugin support team directly.

    Hello, thanks for the answer but I can’t find “composite product” in the list, that’s why I posted here. Which one should I pick?

    Hi,

    You’ll need to sign-in with the account used to purchase Composite Products.

    If you do recall making a purchase, but still can’t find it under the list even though you’ve signed in to the right account, please send an email from the account email address to [email protected] directly so that we can assist you further there.
