    When trying to request withdraw, the user will be get some notification like “Could not create new withdraw”. So, I tried to cancelled the withdraw first and then request withdraw again. But another problem appear. In the Dokan > Withdraw, the pending withdraw requesting juts before doesn’t show.
    Already trying to fix it according to this topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/could-not-create-new-withdraw/ but the problem still there.
    I hope anyone can help me here. Thanks

    It looks like there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any theme or plugin. Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan and WooCommerce.
    • If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    Thank you for replying.
    If I haven’t updated dokan to the latest version, did it will cause some issue like that?

    PS. I’ve tried deactivate the plugins except dokan & woocommerce, if I want to try the next method, do I have to activate the other plugins back?

    Updating the latest version often resolves any issues when troubleshooting and providing support, so we recommend it as a first step.

    Therefore, please make sure you’re using the latest of the Dokan (v3.5.1) plugin.

    But if you’re using the latest version of the Dokan plugin and still having the error, you can follow the other step.

    Hi There am experiencing the same issue. Have made contact with wedevs who have asked for my SFTP to continue debugging. Problem started with New Dokan V3.7.7 & V3.7.1 updates, have tried changing theme, and deactivated all plugins. has anyone experienced this with the new update of Dokan?
