Problem with download of instagram

Hi, I did config Instaroll and my main interest is publish trough of hashtags, so first I made a test but I didn’t publish photos immediately on my blog when I take photos with instagram and second I can’t publish photos with hashtag because it have problem with image download of instagram, what can happen?
