Problem with download orders list

    Hello

    Each time I click on the Download in orders page, I receive a message “you will receive your file via email shortly” but I received nothing!

  • Thank you, I get the the email as administrator but not as Store manager. I checked the status > scheduled actions and found no timeout for both roles.
