Problem with downloaded images

    Hello, if I enable the download button on the gallery and I try to download any image the quality is about 90% less than the original image quality. I have tried to load a 4mb image and the downloaded one has no more than 250kb. How is possible to solve and allow the original quality download?

    When you upload images to PhotoGallery, PhotoGallery creates two different images. One for the large single image view and a small one as a thumbnail. For both image creation you can enter the pixel size in the Global Settings. Look what size you entered in Image Dimension.

    Thank you for posting your question in our forum.
    Would you please try to add a larger image to one of your galleries directly from photo gallery by clicking on “Add Image” ( not the import from media library)
    And let us know if the downloaded version is still smaller than the original one ?
