Problem with Drag and Drop

  • I am having an issue with the plugin. When I go in and manually sort the items on my site, it looks fine, but after I save my changes and go out. When I come back in my changes are gone. What should I do to fix this?

    Probably the order save is unsuccessful. Can you check with the AJAX response when click the save button? See the browser console.

    It is strange, but sometimes my changes save and sometimes they don’t. When it works I get this in ajax response: {“wp-auth-check”:true,”server_time”:1506087864}
    When It doesn’t I only see this: 0

    If occur randomly it should be a problem on the server side, most probably a execution time limit, or a resource which at a give moment is exhausted. Can you check with your server error logs, it should reveal the exact problem. Also you can try to increase the execution time, see the server support on how to do that.
