Problem with dt-buttons from shortcode

  • Hey im having some troubles with the plugin, when i click on Print, CSV or PDF buttons from shortcode it does nothing. I checked the html and im getting href=”#” when i click on them. It feels like a bug from datatable or something because for example the “email all customers button” works really well and the custom fields are working too.

    Could you help me please? Thank you.

    can you check your console to see if there are any javasript errors? please post them here if you see any.

    Seems you have it in some kind of lightbox which might be the reason it doesnt work. Does it work when it is pasted directly on the page /?product?

    I don’t really know in which (php) file the link to the pdf is being generated but it might be failing at that point.

    Im using a pop-up from Elementor which is containing my shortcode

    Do you have a link to the page itself so i can take a look? The plugin works fine when pasted normally in a page so i’m assuming it’s a compatibility issue with elementor’s pop-up

    Oh you’re right, I have tried using the plugin on a normal page and buttons are working fine!

    I got this exception btw when clicking on “PDF” but it would be nice if you can update this plugin for Elementor Popups ??
