Problem with dummy links to work with this plugin

hi the theme that I’m using is mediabook. the theme displays all pages in the home page and the menu works like a target to pages. So my problem is that your plugin cant convert dummy link to url. for exmple if the page has a title called “temp” in the menu link to tis page is “domain”.com/#ID not like standard permalinks. can you help me
