Problem with email manual sending

    Hi! I have a problem with manually sending messages using your plugin. I have the plugin configured so that e-mails are stored on a local server (Default setting). Unfortunately, after clicking the manual button to send the message when ordering, the message does not arrive (supposedly the information was sent, but I do not get anything on the e-mail).

    When I change the setting from local “No verification” to “Independently verified”, the e-mails come out normally. In my Woocommerce I have the https://pl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-smtp/ e-mail plugin configured

    What could be wrong?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    It looks like the email service is not configured correctly on your site to send emails. You can try to use the plugin WP Mail SMTP to reconfigure it https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
