Problem with email tags

Hi, i have installed this plugin in one of the company subsite, the emails arrive but wont to be populate, it arrive like this:

Oggetto: [your-subject]

Corpo del messaggio:
[cf7s-select-01] [number-28] [text-850]
[your-message]

I dont have 1&1 or similar, i have netsons semi dedicated multihost, and the installation is hand made. I dont have MU plugin or particular plugin installed.
