    Hi,

I have a problem overwriting the template for the password reset e-mail.

In learnpress there is the possibility to edit and enable a new email template in the settings.

    Do you have any suggestions?

Between learnpress and wordpress there must be some incompatibility, because I imagine that enabling the learnpress template, an action is recorded that should overwrite the default one.

    Thanks.
    Matteo

I made a mistake in adding this reply.

I am therefore adding an item to this topic, the email has the following template:

Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:
    Site name: https://4moveacademy.com/
    Username:
If this was an error, please ignore this email and nothing will happen.
To reset your password, visit the following address:

    Update: i saw that in file wp-content/themes/eduma/inc/custom-function.php there’s a function called “thim_replace_retrieve_password_message”.

So, How can I modify this template, without having to overwrite this function?

The learnpress function should overwrite the eduma one, but unfortunately this does not happen. Is it a problem if from the learnpress settings, enabling the modified email templates, the latter do not work.

    Thanks
