    Hi @marinow1991,

Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with sending emails to a Hotmail email address.

I see that you created a follow-up thread here, but I’ll reply there soon and mark it as resolved as we’ll be continuing in this one instead.

Just to confirm are you getting an error message when sending to Hotmail email addresses in general or just that specific one? Also, where exactly did that error message from your screenshot appear?

Please try sending a test email from?WP Mail SMTP > Tools (here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log:?https://a.supportally.com/3Hc3lq), then you can go ahead and share those details in case any other specific errors appear.

Lastly, are you able to reproduce this issue when using any of our other mailers? If you have not tried this yet, you can find the full instructions for setting up our mailers in this section of our documentation.

I hope this helps! If you have any questions, could you please let me know?

    Thanks! ??

    Hello,

As far as I can see the error logs are only for pro users. I am not like that.
I tried to send an email to my outlook email address, in your extension I get a message that the email has been sent https://prnt.sc/M8W6D-3gHncv .

But I get an error message on my site email address https://prnt.sc/mlBQ9uAEv-aj

    Hi?@marinow1991,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I’d like to clarify that I was referring to the error log (that appears after a failed test email) and not the email logs (which is a Pro feature). The reason no error logs appeared in your case is that the test email was sent successfully, but then the IP block occurred once it was going to be delivered.

This error may occur when you send emails from known, low-reputation IP addresses that are typically used by new Microsoft 365 customers or if you’re on the trial tenant. Maybe it’s because you have sent emails before, without setting up SPF, DKIM, DMARC records.

You can delist your domain / IP address by filling?this form. For more information, please read the following post (https://www.noomle.com/unfortunately-messages-werent-sent-please-contact-your-internet-service-provider/).

Alternatively you can look into contacting Microsoft Office 365 support.

You can see Microsoft documentation from here (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/non-delivery-reports-in-exchange-online/fix-error-code-5-7-700-through-5-7-750) and maybe you can provide them with the above link as well and request an exception as mentioned (see:?https://a.supportally.com/xSHr5t).

In the meantime, while this issue is being resolved, you can consider using one our other mailers.
