Problem with emoji

Hello,
I installed the WAme plugin and purchased the CTA Extras add-on.
I tried the additional features (images, videos, links, etc.) and everything works, the button is clearly visible and the chat opens instantly both in desktop and mobile … BUT I can not in any way insert emojis in tooltip or in the Call To Action message, in the settings panel. When I insert an emoji into the text and save, the page reloads but the changes are not saved.
