Problem with encoding arabic language

Hello,
Very useful plugin, thank you!
But I encountered a problem with encoding. The site is in arabic language.
here this code appears when activating post and thumb image and tried change Encoding and Parser but not working and give me same code below

Any ideas how to fix it?
