Problem with Enfold theme

  • Hello, I am using Enfold theme that comes with Woocommerce. I need to install a plugin that will allow me to add charges for certain gateways. I tried this plugin -as well as another one- but when a user reaches the page that needs to choose method of shipment, add shipping details and select payment method, the AJAX is looping making the page unusable.

    I tried to contact the Kriesi support about this and they said that they can’t assist me since this problem is due to the third party plugin. :/

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Have you tried using a default theme?
    Does it have the same behaviour?
    What payment gateways are you using?
    Can you debug using simple echo command to see in what point the script stops?
    Also you have paid for support from the kriesi team so they must help you.

    Yes, I have tried a default theme and I get the same problem. I am using bank transfer, COD and Paypal.
    I am not sure how to do the echo command. Please advise.

    I know I have paid for support at kriesi but not only they refused to help but they immediately and without waiting for my response locked the topic. Bad customer service!

    You need someone to login to your account and debug.
    If you cannot do it yourself you can try some paid plugins and you can ask them before purchase if they will work with your theme.
