    Hello
    I have a problem when booking a place for an event. Booking dates are not displayed when it is the same day. Why ?

    Thanks for reaching out — sorry to hear that you are having difficulties.

    The theme that you are using looks to have quite a few customizations (it’s a very nice site though :)) — if the theme was purchased like this, the date was probably left out by the developer.

    If you look into your theme folder, you should have a tribe-events folder that contains the template files. Our Themer’s Guide should help you understand what’s going on there. You can also reach out to the theme developer. Out of the box, The Events Calendar looks like this → WPShindig.com.

    and thank you for your quick return.

    Indeed, the theme designer uses a lot of custom fields for our events.
    Booking dates work well when it comes to booking at least Day + 1.

    But as soon as it is necessary to reserve for the same day, the dates disappear. This is due to the theme or the plugin?

    I’d have to say this is related to the theme. You can confirm this if you can temporarily switch your theme (I understand that this isn’t always ideal when the site is live but it’s always important to test things on a staging environment before going live).

    The other option if you are comfortable with code would be to explore that tribe-events folder within your theme directory.

    I change the theme is everything disappears because everything is loaded with the ACF plugin.
    We contacted the agency that does not want to help us and they bought the Event Calendar PRO plugin … If we delete it and we buy it ourselves, and we reinstall it, the problem can disappear? The support could help us?

    Sorry to hear that. The scope of our support doesn’t normally include customizations, with The Events Calendar Pro support, we can help with more issues, but there’s no guarantee that someone will open up those template files and resolve the issue.

    The problem is that someone else created that theme and/or customizations. Even though they are built on top of The Events Calendar, it’s something that we have nothing to do with. Customizations can be tricky especially depending on the care and time invested when the theme was created.
