Problem with “Extra Costs : Payment Gateway”

  • Hey…

    Nice Plugin indeed…
    But, there’s a problem I’m facing…

    I did try to use the “Extra Costs : Payment Gateway” option…
    But it seems, that option doesn’t do anything…

    I did add 5 as Fixed Cost + 2% as Percent Cost for a Gateway…
    That means, if that Gateway is selected for Payment for a product of 100$, the total amount should be 102$+5$=107$ in total…

    Instead of that, it never works… Can you please tell me the solution..?

    I couldn’t reproduce your issue.

    When you are at the order page, can’t you see the Gateway fee (fixed) and (percent) on the Cost details like this?

    Please, make sure that you’ve enabled the option:
    Extra Costs: Payment Gateways > Extra gateway costs

    And please also try to update the order again.
