• Hello,
    I’ve faced this issue before. Some of the Facebook feeds aren’t working anymore and it’s showing the following error messagen:

    App received next error message for this feed:
    SafeMySQL: Number of args (0) doesn t match number of placeholders (1) in [INSERT INTO <code>wpfw_ff_post_media</code> SET <code>media_url</code>= https://scontent-frx5-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/257778566_6500193316689419_5641604459505878332_n.jpg%3fstp=dst-jpg_s720x720&_nc_cat=110&ccb=1-5&_nc_sid=9e2e56&_nc_ohc=AeUPcNRGc6wAX97ANvF&_nc_ht=scontent-frx5-1.xx&edm=AKIiGfEEAAAA&oh=00_AT8ujueC5tUn0HUsFzC0Db6PVjpQ30rveZsZLQPmPFU1MA&oe=62145A96 , <code>media_width</code>=720, <code>media_height</code>=404, <code>media_type</code>= image , <code>feed_id</code>= ig18225 ,<code>post_id</code>= 261592590549554_6500193630022721 ,<code>post_type</code>= image ]

    Last time I was told to update the plugin version and the problem would be solved. But I’m already using the latest version (Flow-Flow v. 4.8.7) and just updated it again to be sure. I’ve also recreated the authentification token to make sure there’s no issue on this end. I also tried deleting and recreating the feeds. No changes. Still the same error.

    Could you please help solve this issue?

    Thanks and regards,
    Jessica

    It’s weird. Some Facebook feeds are working on my website, others don’t. No issues with Instagram yet.

    Help would be much appreciated as other websites are facing the same issues!

    Thanks, Jessica

    Cheers @jessto86,

    Looks like my original question to you was removed from here with the plugin authors asking me to open my own topic as per the guidelines, not sure what guidelines they were referring to, but I’m not opening another topic for the same issue.

    For the record, if and when the developers come back, , it occurs due to the checks in the flo\db\SafeMySQL::prepareQuery method, which is east to find because the error mentioned is coming from line 522 in that file.

    My guess is that some Facebook image URLs have started coming through with a slightly different format, and when the array of values for the SQL are produced by splitting the raw string it’s producing more than are expected, something like the URL will have a ? in it and so it’s considering it to be two values.

    Would be good if this specific error could just be checked and fixed…

    Same Problem here since end of Jan. 2022 with three different Accounts.

    Same problem with 10 websites;

    Flow-Flow v4.9.0 has been released and Problems are now solved. The issue was related to the latest Facebook API changes.

    Thanks @mpfischer,

    Strange though, just noting that my sites with this plugin seem way behind on v4.6.4 and when checking for updates it shows there are none available…

    Any ideas?

    some 4me … not very nice ;(

    The patched Pro version 4.9 of “Flow Flow” is available on Themeforest. The free version has not been updated yet.

    Here is my conversation with the “Looks awesome” team.

    Hello, the issue was related to the latest Facebook API changes.
    We’ve released the new plugin version (4.9.x). It’s available on WP updates and your Codecanyon Downloads page https://codecanyon.net/downloads.
    Please get and install it, and re-enable feeds after that.

    I got your help request! I’ll study it more deeply and get in touch with you later. We have a serious situation. We’re a Ukrainian team. And since Feb 24, the Russian army has been attacking Kyiv and many other big cities in Ukraine. They’re bombing our houses and killing innocent civil people. There are kids among victims. We have issues with electricity, water, and Internet connection.
