Problem with featured image

Hi,

I love your plugin and thanks for writing it. However, I identified your plugin as a cause of problems with featured images. I simply can’t change any featured image.It keeps reverting to old deleted one. You can see on the link I posted that new featured image is displayed for only one second and then it reverts to old one. I tried to disable-enable all plugins and your very useful plugin seams to causes that problem. I can give you credentials to take a look at yourself. I depend on your plugin, please help me.
