    Hi,

I was setting up my forms and I encounter some problem. When I setting up my E-mail notification I use {all_non_empty_fields}. However, when I test the form, I found that even if I didn’t filled the fields in some field group. It still appears in Customer’s E-mail, which makes the whole E-mail nearly unreadable.

This is what I get when I received the E-mail:

Is there any way to exclude none filled up field group?

    Hi @ifintbill,

Just to be sure, from your screenshot the “Product A” , and “Product B” are these different Field Group fields, right?

I could replicate when tested when the field groups are empty. It seems more like a bug.

I’m reporting this behaviour to our team’s attention and checking this further to see if there are any further impromevents that could be suggested.

Will keep you posted once we get further feedback asap.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

    Hi @wpmudevsupport11,

Yes in the group of Products A and B containing different specs of products a and b. Customers can decide not to buy products a or b. Just like the example when I test it. I bought only good A and not Product A or Product B. Not to mention Product C or D.

Just to be sure,?currently this is a bug right?

    Hi @ifintbill

    Thank you for the information.

Yes, as we were able to replicate this issue we reported this bug to the plugin team.

Unfortunately, we can’t give an estimated time but please keep the plugin updated.

    Best Regards
