Problem with filter

  • Hello,
    I have a problem. When the left choose which filte want to use, we reduce the product in accordance with this filter. On the first page of the filter operates. When you want to go to page 2 I see all the products. You should show the products in this filter. I hope you understand.

    please can you share me the link of shop page to see this issue ? Probably you have a wrong configuration of Frontend tab in YITH Plugins > Ajax Product Filter.

    Hi,

    this error is very strange because all shop pagination are powered by WooCommerce plugin. Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Eleven (or Twelve) and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customizations.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Hi I had a similar problem. I use the free version of your plugin. First in a previous version all the filters were visible and worked well, BUT when i swittched to the second page of the filtered page all of my products get visible again,filters were reseted to default. Now I updated my wordpress to 4.72 and Ajax Product Filter to the latest version. Since then when I try to filter my products on my products page nothing happens when i choose a filter. Can you help me?

    i deactivate all plugins and… didn t work.
