Problem with “Filter Long URLs”

  • I and other MainWP users have a problem with a setting in iThemes that is affecting the login process. The MainWP dev team have worked on this over several weeks but have not been able to resolve the issue and have asked me to contact you guys…I quote:-

    “However, the iThemes dev team can solve this easily if they want to do that. Basically, if you want to reach out to them, you can say to them that the “Filter Long URLs” option is blocking needed requests from MainWP Dashboard and point them to this: https://snag.gy/jg6eNc.jpg In this part of the code they can simply make an exception for the MainWP requests.

    Also, feel free have them reach out to us and I will be able to get them in touch with our dev team for any technical details.”

    I am genuinely surprised and disappointed that there has been no response. Personally I have worked around the issue but I thought that out of respect to your fellow plugin developers at MainWP you might have at least made some contact.
