Problem with front page

Hi,
Thank you for this great plugin. I have speeded up my site up to 30%. This plugin is more effective than w3tc for me.

Could you help me to set up your plugin for front page? The front page permalink is https://example.com/

When i try to specify plugins for this page in Edit page with Override Post Type settings, this settings affect to draft pages like https://example.com/?page_id=20496&preview=true and https://example.com/?p=20013&preview=true, although “Also Affect Children” is unchecked. These draft pages should have other plugins.

When I try to specify plugins in Plugin Filters with Permalink https://example.com/ or https://example.com i don’t have any result.

This works correct when Ignore URL Arguments is turned off, but i need it for affecting to pages like this https://example.com?utm_source=1&utm_medium=2&…
