I have the same problem since 4 day, after using it more then a year without any issues.

Unfortunately, posting to groups via Facebook API is deprecated: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/changelog/version19.0/

You can use the Cookie method to share posts on groups: https://www.fs-poster.com/documentation/facebook-cookie-method-fs-poster-wordpress-plugin

but its seems the cockies method its vert dangerous, i tried it today and after about 10 posts i got warning, they can block my account because this? with api method i posted much more and its been no warnings.

You can use a proxy to avoid this issue. There is no other way as the API does not support posting to groups anymore.
