I think I left out a piece of information. I am using Yahoo for my webhosting and set my blog up through Yahoo. How do I find the databases as in the tutorial example?

I figured out how to install phpMyAdmin.

I did as the tutorial stated and the problem persists.

Well you changed one of the values, Blog Address or WordPress Address and that’s a no-no.
