Problem with Google referrer

Somehow, Google has picked up a URL that causes me errors. For example, if you type into google “ObjectDataSource stateless” you will a referral to my blog with the URL: https://peterkellner.net/feed/atom/ which then generates the warning:

Any idea how I can get google to point to the real blog or article?
