Problem with Google Structured Data Testing Tool

Tested one of my pages with Google’s structured data testing tool and came up with this error.
The property https://rdf.data-vocabulary.org/#votes is not recognised by Google for an object of type https://rdf.data-vocabulary.org/#Rating.

Any idea what Google has changed in Rich Snippets that it now picks this up as an error ????
