Problem with headers (with drop down bar)

  • Hi there,
    My site seems to be having an issue with x2 menu headers.
    Both headers have associated drop down bars.
    In i-pad/mobile view the main header either does not open or it takes 3/4/5 rapid clicks before it opens.
    I’m using theme Ocean WP and built the site with Elementor.
    I’m not a techie by any means but hopefully can follow some advice if offered.

    What I’ve tried so far.
    1. clearing cache on site
    2. clearing browser cache on devices
    3. installed enable jquery migrate helper
    4. updated all plugins/themes

    Upon initial checking site menu is working fine on ipad and mobile devices.

    I am not seeing any problem in header so far.
    Follow some troubleshooting methods:
    1. Disable all plugins
    2. Activate the Default WordPress Theme like twenty twenty.

    After applying these methods check your header. Even after that, your problem persists, then contact with Ocean WP theme’s support.

    Hi again,
    So i tried the suggestions and no luck but I have found that if I space both dropdown menus between a main menu the issue is resolved on mobile/ipad view, however it still limits me in how I can lay out my menu. So it seems that where x2 dropdown menus are side by side o the main menu it causes an issue. Does this help in finding out where the issue may lie?
