problem with hebrew filenames

    hi
    for a while now there is a problem with hebrew filenames,
    all images with hebrew filename are not archived in the zip file

    hi
    it happens on different servers,
    our development server has PHP 7.4 and MYSQL Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.68-MariaDB,
    our production server are using php7.2 7.3 and 7.4 all on MYSQL 10.2.27-MariaDB – MariaDB Server

    Hey @parallaxltd,

    That is odd, typically we only see those types of issues in PHP 5 versions. A few things to try:

    1. Check to make sure you don’t have any filters set up on the build process (step 1)?

    2. Check the package build log and see if there are any clues in there.

    3. Try another filename with a utf-8 character set like a Chinese character in a file name and see if that also has issues.

    Hey @parallaxltd,

    You might try to build the package with DupArchive. Goto Settings > Packages Tab > Archive Engine > Choose DupArchive and try to build the package again.

    Also, can you paste a few of the file names you are seeing issues with here in this forum and we’ll see if we can reproduce it on our end?
