    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you have duplicate products in your feed.

    Typically this happens when their are running multiple update processes for one feed at a time.

    • Can you check how often you can find the woosea_cron_hook is present in your cron event list. It needs to be there only once
    • Also, if for some reason your feed is processing/updating really slow and is not done processing when the next refresh interval kicks in they might be interfering. What is the refresh interval of your feed? When it is set on a hourly refresh can you change this in a daily or twicedaily one?
    • Also, did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there are errors in there that might indicate your website ran out or memory or ran into a PHP maximum execution time?     Hello, i have disabled autorefresh intetval, but when i refresh it manually, its really very short so usually i have to click on the refresh button twice or more to see the refresh progress, maybe that is the issue, but if i click on it only once, its really very short, maybe 2 – 3 seconds and it writes done after that, so i click it once again and after that its loading correctly. I hope that my explanation is understandable, if you dont understand what i mean please tell me that and i will try explain it better.

    There is some delay between the moment you press the refresh button and the actual refreshing of the feed to start in the background. When you have pressed the refresh button wait for 5 seconds or so and then refresh your browser. Changes are big that you’ll see the progress status flashing then.
