Problem with homepage on both languages

Hi. Our problem appeared long time ago after some time using site, every time we thought we managed to fix it but after some time it appears again, first we thought that someone from us applies wrong settings when using a site, after that we think maybe its because updates of plugin Polylang, now we think maybe we setted up something wrong from the begining in Polylang… So here is a link to our site – https://www.andryeyev.com/ (logo, latest, eng. version links).
When I’m writing this message, the problem shows itself in such issues: the adress of site in browser is wright – https://www.andryeyev.com/, but on both versions of site there is a red stripe for heading at the top of page (theme design), but heading text don’t shows, but instead of the heading there is some “New page” words, and we dont understand where its setted to manage disable it.
Few moments before typing message, the adress of site in browser was https://www.andryeyev.com/home/ (logo, latest, eng. version links) and on the homepage there is a background image of the header on both version of site, and red stripe is missed.
Before this day we managed to fix the problem and all was as needed – at https://www.andryeyev.com/ (logo, latest, eng. version links), and setted bg image in header shows up.
Now it seems like site become crazy) at one time I see red stripe, on other I see a bg Image, sometimes second lang version is inaccessible, like 404 wrong page.
Is this a problem of updates or settings of plugin I don’t know now)
Could you see what is wrong, and what else you need to find an issue? Thanks.
