Problem with hreflang

Hello, have changed hreflang from /?lang=en to /en/. In simple posts it works o.k., but in cetegories (https://dietsabc.com/%category%/%postname%/) returns 404 code.
Site is running on NGINX
Are there any rules that would be needed to be added to NGINX to support this plugin?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
