Problem with HTML codes with & (  &icute; etc.)

Are you referring to html entities (https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_entities.asp) ?

If yes, it works fine on my wordpress 4.1 install: https://prntscr.com/5ijzx5

I also want to know if you are using plugin to make this html codes available for you.

You are right. The problem comes from Advertising Manager plugin. I updated it at the same time as WordPress, and I was wrong. WP works fine with HTML entities.
