    Hello,

    I have some issue with connecting Forminator with Hubspot. The documentation is super clear, so first time I have made without any problems and finally was able to connect my form to Hubspot inbox.

    The problem starts when I want to switch form testing site to my final site, so I disconnect integration and make all steps again, the integration process went smoothly, but unfortunately this time Hubspot do not see my form and despite many attempts, reinstalling the plugin, I have no success.

    I like your form builder and would like to stay with it, so please provide me some help with connecting to HS again.

    I hope you are doing well.

    That is pretty odd, I tried to disconnect and connect my account many times and it always worked.

    Do you see any browser console error? https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/

    To make sure we are on the same page, have you tried to uninstall the app via Hubspot as well https://monosnap.com/file/3a84XWSw04ofH5fDLlc2pVu9Puge3y ?

    Hello,

    To replicate this error please try to connect one HubSpot account to one site then reconnect do different site. After integration I see all properties while connecting form and there are no errors. The only issue is that the are no visible form when connecting forms to inbox.

    Hello Stanislaw,

    I’ve tested it by connecting the same form on two sites, and HubSpot integration was working fine in both cases.

    In order to illustrate the issue, could you please send some screenshots of the Forminator/Hubspot areas, where the form is not displaying as properly connected.

    Since direct image uploads are not allowed on this forum, you can upload your screenshots to Google Drive, Dropbox, or use any cloud image/file sharing service.

    To be sure that we are an the same page, please take a look at these screenshots.

    1. The plugin is integrated with Hubspot:

    3. The form is not visible in Hubspot inbox settings, only native HS forms are visible:

    First time I have used the integration (on the test site) the forms from Forminator was able to be set as inbox channels. Now also on the same test page the forms are not present.

    Thanks for the screenshots, I tried to replicate the issue but seems to be working fine on my test lab as well.

    I see that you are assigning the Form to a static list, could you please confirm that the list is already created on Hubspot before connecting Forminator and also that you are setting up that specific list?

    In case all is correct, could you please create a backup and use a plugin like Log HTTP Requests, please install it, try the connection again (disconnect/connect Hubspot integration) and check the HTTP logs.

    Don’t share any specific info from these logs here as they could contain sensitive data, instead, please confirm if you see an error like error 403 when connecting Hubspot or when setting it up, or if you only see 200 HTTP responses.

    We could try to suggest what to do based on the HTTP response code that you get.

    Hi,

    I have installed the HTTP request plugin and there ware only requests with code 200.

    Then I try to make some form request after integration with the new form and this was right guess! The form is invisible in Hubspot to the moment when first submission is made.

    Hi,

    Now everything is working. To make the form visible in Hubspot inbox settings, after integration, I have to make first form submission on a website. Don’t know if can be considers as a bug, but it may be confused for some users that only integrate form and do not see it in HS.

    Generally we integrate the Forminator form to Hubspot, It create a contact first and then create ticket. There was two option only. Can you please share more information or steps to replicate so we can try doing the same steps on our test site.

    Don’t know if can be considers as a bug, but it may be confused for some users that only integrate form and do not see it in HS.

    We expecting some steps, screenshot so we could check more further on this and adjust our documentation as well.

    When I checked on my test site the Forminator form submission appears to Hubspot contact list.
