Problem with image already uploaded (i've purchased extra credit)

Hi my friend,
i have one simply problem with uploaded image
your plugin tell me: “well the image is already compressed” but the img dont is really compressed!
But if i upload the same image one second time, the image is compressed.
How i can solve this problem?
