Problem with Image Links?

I use this plugin everywhere, and seldom (never?) need to create .jpg redirects, but I just tried and it’s not working.
https://www.scanwestauto.com/imagesold/3inch2.jpg
should be redirecting to
https://scanwestauto.com/wp-content/uploads/3inch2.jpgThe screenshot message says it’s “unlikely to be a problem” but it is, and the image redirect does not work – https://www.screencast.com/t/sxoEWDRRx
any ideas?
