Problem With Image Uploading

Okay, this is weird. I don’t know what’s wrong but I got this kind of problem when uploading images. See this screenshot:

I have read this post regarding image/media uploading problem and tried solutions number 1, 2, 3 and 6 but still having the same problem.
Anyone can help?
