Problem with import file csv from filemaker to wordpress

Hi,
Sorry for my poor english
I write you because I have a problem with the file csv and the special characters (à,é,ì.ò.ù)
The plugin is perfect for my use but when I try to import a field with contain this special characters wordpress leave empty the field.
I don’t know if it is a problem with the characters format, I try to export with utf 8 encoding but I don’t resolve my problem.
It is possible someone help me ?
