Problem with importing from localhost to online

Hello, I want to import my local wordpress website to online, I did all the steps recommended here: https://wpmarmite.com/migrer-wordpress-manuellement/
The problem when I want to see my website online, they ask me to install wordpress from the begining, choose the name of the website, the password… while I copied all the files via Filezilla FTP and modified the file wp-config and export/import the database!
Do you have anyidea why it’s redirecting me to the install.php and ask to install wordpress online?? What can I do?
