Problem with insert media section

Hello everyone, on monday I had made a backup after a bug-filled theme update (due to the update of the theme itself which had bugs -Astra Pro). After the backup, however, I noticed some small display problems here and there, which seemed to be solved. But today I noticed a problem with the elementor interface, which I don’t know if it is related to my last backup or not: in practice I correctly display all the background / overlay images and in the “image” section I see the preview, but if I go in “insert media” section nothing appears and I have to scroll very down to make sure that the image tab on the right reappears (it magically reappears when the screen shows the image in the gallery – I have about 1000 photos of products in the middle so you understand that it is not the best of comfort scrolling down until the image in the gallery is shown on the screen)

Specific that I tried to “insert” the images already entered manually to no longer have the right screen empty but every time I reload the page it is as before.
*I’m using Elementor
What could be causing the problem?
