    Thank Samuel B.

    Hi Samuel B

I don’t use wampserver, but I’ll do my best to help.

    1. Access WordPress, and confirm the settings (Settings>General) for “WordPress Address (URL)” AND “Site Address (URL)”.

    2. Also save your Permalinks (Settings > Permalinks)

Try that and then try to install a theme or plugin, and report back with what happens.

    Ted

PS: there is something very unusual about the file name that you quoted.
First, is “Senator Effiong” a folder name that contains your WordPress site? It might be better to have a single word for your site folder, and drop the caps. For example you might make your folder “senator_effiong”.

Second, there are no separators in the file reference you gave. This is more serious, but maybe you just made a typo.
    You said:
    C:wampwwwSenator Effiongwp-adminincludestheme.php
But it should be something like:
    C:\wamp\www\Senator Effiong\wp-admin\includes\theme.php

Let’s see whether the settings and permalinks provide a solution before we muddy the waters with file name and separators.

    try to use
    Apache : 2.2.22 or 2.4.2
    MySQL : 5.5.24
    PHP : 5.3.4 or 5.4.3
    PHPMyAdmin : 3.5.1
    SqlBuddy : 1.3.3
    XDebug : 2.2.0
