    @b_dark – Are you using the “Automatically resize images after upload” option under Gallery > Other Options > Image Options?

    yes, but the photos that I have upload have the same size with the rules that I set to resize if is bigger

    @b_dark – Unfortunately that option can strip out the EXIF/IPTC details from the image if it is set to Yes. It is a Legacy option, and one that we generally do not recommend using but keep because it was part of the NextGEN Legacy functionality.

    I would recommend simply optimizing the images for your site (especially in size) before uploading this should save you the major inconveniences of losing the EXIF/IPTC data you are experiencing now.
