Problem With JetPack after update to 3.8

I manage about 20 website all of them are on WordPress and they all have JetPack on them its an awesome plugin but after i updated my WordPress to 3.8 i found that my dashboard disappeared right after it loads, so i see it and then it disappeared i was solving this buy clicking any button before it disappear again, i didnt know where is the problem until i tried to use the stats from Jetpack and i found it not working, so i de-activate the jetpack plug-inn and the dashboard worked again i tried to remove the jetpack and re-install it but it kept giving me the xml_rpc-32700 error

and when i checked the file xmlrpc.php this is what i found

I followed a post here at the support so i opened the load.php and fixed it like though

but didnt fix the problem still.
