Problem with jQuery CDN

When I load jQuery from CDN rather than locally, the map’s JS won’t work. Areas won’t highlight and the links list won’t show on click.
I’m guessing that it loads the resources in parallel and starts running ImageMapper’s code before it does jQuery.FYI…
