Problem with JSON response

I have the same problem that is reported in this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/the-response-is-not-a-valid-json-response-55/ That is, when I open the page of the dashboard I get the error “The response is not a valid JSON response.” I have reviewed this article that you published https://wisdmlabs.com/docs/article/wisdm-learndash-reports/lr-getting-started/wisdm-reports-performance-and-server-specification-recommendation/, and the characteristics of my server are correct:

• Users: 1160
• CPU Cores: 2
• RAM: 1536 MB
• Memory Limit: 2048M
