Problem with language after uppgrade

    I upgraded my wordpress. I write my blog in swedish; I use ?, ? and ? when I write.

    But when I upgrade, alls this letters turns into ??, ?¤ and so on, and it doesn’t help that I change back the language to swedish after update.

    How do I upgrade without my older posts looking like shit?
